Predicament caused by Melanie: How do I add ringtone to my iphone?

I have two song clips already added to my iphone under the “music” section on my phone, but when I go into my settings, under sounds where you can select a ringtone, they arent there. I know its possible to add them, i did it when i first got my phone but cant remember how i did it. anyone know? thanks

Open iTunes, and click file on the top left corner. If there are multiple songs press add folder and choose the folder your songs are in. If there is only one song click add file and find the song you want. It will come up as unknown so right click on the song and then press ‘Get Info’. Then fill in the information that you know so it will come out as the song you have just added.

Here’s what I did: I went to “custom music” file and added all the song files I wanted to it and removed the current sims 3 songs from that folder. But when I go in the game, it still only plays the game songs and not my own, even when I have the stereo channel on “custom music”. Did I do something wrong?
