Subject basically by Dave: What is the best way to get album art for MP3s?

My boss recently bought a SanDisk Sansa MP3 Player. He tells me that he rips his own CDs using Windows Media Player (into MP3 format, not WMA). He specifically remembers seeing the album art in WMP when he ripped his music. The music was ripped to the “My Music” folder inside of his “My Documents”. He then tells me he moved his music files to an external hard drive, then he synced his music folder to it. Unfortunately, none of the album art was attached. What is the best way to get all of his album art attached properly to each album he has?
