Go to Tools / Options and right in Main tab you should see the Downloads section. Just browse to change default location.

^^ yes!!

Nevermind I forgot I was on Linux, the steps below are for the Linux version of Firefox, my bad ;p It’s different on both Windows and Linux, so follow the above poster for Windows.

You’ll see, it’s really easy:

Click on Edit > Preferences

Once in the preferences window, click on the “General” tab if you aren’t already on it. In that section, at about the middle of the window, you will find the “Downloads” section allowing you to either have Firefox ask each time where to save the file, or you can simply redirect the downloads to a different folder for automatic downloads.

Also, if you ever need to find more “settings” type of things in Firefox, you’ll pretty much find all of them in the preferences window, just look around to know and get used to it.

Stay away Limewire is dangerous. It can mess up your computer and give you things you don’t want. Trust me I have a friend that had a very bad experience that landed him in jail for a year I wouldn’t chance it.

Answer by A Vehicle That Crushes You
ok make a folder on desktop and name it w/e you want to name it and than you drag all the songs from limewire into that folder. then you insert your clean cd and than double click on it in my computer and than you double click on the folder on your desktop with all the songs. then you drag those songs onto the cd

that should work

Answer by michael p
if you have a dell and windows XP, when the limewire music is downloaded, drag it to windows media player, put a CD into the CD drive and press burn.

Answer by homeslice
YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO OPEN TWO WINDOWS. ONE “MY MUSIC” AND THE OTHER WILL BE YOUR MEDIA PLAYER. THEN JUST DRAG AND DROP.

Limewire… I suspect illegal activity here.

Answer by georgeandbungle
To find your music, right click My Computer… Search… All files and Folders….then type *.mp3

This will find all the Mp3′s on your system. and give you a clue where your missing music is located.

Answer by philip m
use window media player and then burn the songs on the CD , but sometimes you need to convert the music to WMA file to be able to play on a CD player or on a CD player on a car. if you cant find the music then just right click and press on write on to CD .

How one user"s iTunes library import?

musictipsandhints.blogspot.com ® How one user"s iTunes library import?

Dilemma created by Cardinal Rule: How can I import the iTunes library of one user to another?

I spent many hours importing all my cds into iTunes (for Windows), but when I log on under my wife’s username, her “my music” folder doesn’t have any of these tracks. Therefore iTunes is empty. How can I get iTunes to access all the tracks that I have under my username when I log in under my wife’s username?

I’ve already answered that question.

Make the folder shared.

Answer by Taba
make your itune music directories shared by right clicking on them and select sharing and security.

Answer by DULS3
What you can do in order for the rest of the users to access to your music through their itunes would be to put your itunes folder in the folder called “shared documents” which you can find in “my computer”. Peace!

Answer by aoisora05
i’m not sure if it’s under the “preferences” option in windows (i’m a mac user), but there is an option where you can share your itunes over your network. enable this option, then log in to windows under your name. then have your wife log in without logging yourself out. your wife’s itunes options should be set to ‘look for shared libraries on network’. your playlist should then show up and she should be able to access it.

or if your computer has a lot of hard drive space (or your library is small), you can copy all of your songs onto a flash drive and copy them into your itunes. this is more tedious and take up twice the harddrive space, since you actually have two copies of each song on your hard drive.

I have found that if I’m on Instant Messenger, I can send a song, a file, to that person. Granted you and your wife possibly aren’t going to be communicating via IMs, LOL, but maybe it would work because when I am sent a song, I get to choose where I save it on my computer or even on a disc. I hope this helps some.

I also have changed my media player and had to right click on my music, ONCE I FOUND IT! LOL, and then save it all over again to a new playlist. So try right clicking on a track and saving it to her “my music” folder.

This is my first time to answer a question! So please don’t judge me too harshly!
