Topic basically by keepmeclose_xx: how do you convert a file that has been emailed to you from .cda to mp3? please answer ASAP?
i had a lady email me a song in an attachment so i could burn it on a CD, except the file she sent me is “.cda” and to get it to burn, i need it to be “mp3″ i’ve tried saving it to my computer but it’s apparently not working. any suggestions?
please help asap!

.CDA is windows’ lame attempt to handle CD from within Windows explorer. The short answer is, you can’t. CDA files are completely useless.
(The previous person’s answer assumes the CD is actually /in/ the drive).
