What is the difference between streaming media and Windows Media Center on

Trouble written by Stevie B: What’s the difference between streaming media and Windows Media Center?

I’ve established my Windows Media Center connection and have “added” files to Windows Media Center which I can play on the Xbox and the computer.

So what’s this all about where you press the big green “X” button on your controller to bring up that pop-up menu, and you click onto the “Media” tab, and select “Music”, and then select “Computer” but it tells you to go to “xbox.com/pcsetup” to establish the connection?

Is this a completely different function to Windows Media Center?
