I Downloaded the mp3 “When I grow Up” by The Pussycat Dolls from 2 different free mp3 download sites , with bitrate of 192 kbps. But both songs have completly different sound quality.One with good quality but the other with bad.
How come this thing happens??

Songs can get altered as they get passed on. For instance if I had a 128kbps song I could easily use an audio converter and make it a 192kbps. The quality wouldn’t be as good but the file size would increase
