I have GTA Vice City for PC . and i have put some songs in the “mp3″ folder ,,, when i enter the game and drive a car then switch the radio stations ,, i don’t find a station called “mp3 player ” and they don’t work ,,

Well !! I remember that the station called “sound track” or something like that.
you have to put your MP3 files in:
my documents/GTA vice city user files/User Tracks
